Experimental study on the active zinc oxide in all-steel radial tire tread compound formula application effect, and compared with ordinary zinc oxide and nano zinc oxide. The results showed that the activity of zinc oxide rubber both MH and MH - ML than ordinary zinc oxide, rubber t10 and t90 significantly extended, and nano zinc oxide adhesive material difference; Activated zinc oxide and the physical properties of the vulcanizates and aging resistance were superior to ordinary zinc oxide vulcanizates, but slightly lower than that of nanometer zinc oxide vulcanizates; Activated zinc oxide amount is not more than five copies, and the physical properties of the vulcanizates change is not obvious, add 3 copies of active zinc oxide vulcanizates optimal aging resistance.
